Sometimes ‘it’ doesn’t have a name or a label, or maybe it is hard to describe but you just know that you don’t feel good. Other times it’s confusing, frustrating, overwhelming or maybe even embarrassing.

What ever ‘it’ is, it often effects different parts of people’s life; relationships, family, friendships and even the workplace. Health can also be impacted. Mostly, it impacts the feelings within and an overall sense of wellness.
