My approach is informed by Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), play therapy, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) in conjunction with neuro affirming interventions, Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy (CBT), strength-based methodologies, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and anti-oppressive, trauma-informed practices
One of my key strengths as a therapist is my ability to establish a trusting and empathetic rapport with my clients. I believe in the importance of creating a therapeutic alliance built on respect and understanding, as well as fostering a supportive and empowering environment where clients can explore, grow, and ultimately find their own path to healing and fulfillment. I tailor my therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual, empowering them to take ownership of their healing process.
Additionally, I can provide counseling in Spanish.
I am passionate about working with children, particularly those who are neurodiverse. With over 6 years of experience, I have worked extensively with children with developmental disabilities. Additionally, I have experience working with children and women who have experienced intimate partner violence, immigrants, students, chronic pain, and medical professionals

In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking and spending time with my pets. I’m also passionate about fitness and regularly work out to stay active and healthy. During the summer months, you’ll often find me swimming at the lakes, which is one of my favorite pastimes. Additionally, I highly value continuous learning and self-reflection as essential components of my professional growth.
