Being a Counsellor

She has always been curious about the connection between human experiences and their impact on a person’s view of themselves and the world. Being a counsellor to Aman is being open and non-judgemental while creating a safe space for her clients to share their stories.

Counselling Background

Aman’s counselling experiences include extensive educational and practical background in the mental health and addictions field. She graduated from City U University with my Master of Counselling Degree in June 2022. During her program she completed her capstone on the impact of intergenerational trauma within the South Asian community and how to use Narrative Therapy and Yoga strategies to work through the trauma. She has experience working with individuals from all walks of life and would love to walk alongside you in your journey of self-exploration, growth, and healing.
