In addition to working in private practice, Shannon loves her work as an elementary school counsellor in the Langley School District.  She enjoys working with children and their families in order to help them feel more comfortable within the school community and within their family.  She enjoys seeing adults and adolescents feel positive change and improved overall functioning  and sees positive mental health as an important aspect of healthy living within all human systems: communities, families and schools.

  • Trust and a strong positive connection creates a positive working alliance where change can happen.
