Existing clients can log onto our Client Portal and book their appointment.
Note: Our on-line booking system becomes accessible for you to use and book your appointments, after the first appointment gets booked for you by our Admin & Client Care Support.

Cancellation notice is required. Full fees are charged when there is less than 48 hrs notice of cancellation or a ‘no show’ (no notice of cancellation and not showing up for your scheduled appointment).
**Cancellation due to illness: We understand that illness happens. We allow one late cancellation due to illness per 90-day period without charge. After that, our regular cancellation fee may apply.
You may have Extended Health Benefits Insurance for fee coverage through your employer. You must inquire with your insurance company for those specific details. For any applicable coverage, your coverage must include RCC (Registered Clinical Counsellor) or RSW (Registered Social Work). We do not have psychologists at our office.
Extended Health (benefits through your work employer) is not the same as EFAP OR EAP (Employee & Family Assistance Program).
We do not provide third-party billing or direct bill insurance companies. Clients are provided a receipt for their submission to the extended health benefits.
BC Medical (MSP) does not cover counselling services.
Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP) is provided by a few therapists ~ call for details and the specifics of that plan.
