You may have Extended Health Benefits Insurance for fee coverage through your employer. You must inquire with your insurance company for those specific details. For any applicable coverage, your coverage must include RCC (Registered Clinical Counsellor) or RSW (Registered Social Work). We do not have psychologists at our office.

Extended Health (benefits through your work employer) is not the same as EFAP OR EAP (Employee & Family Assistance Program).

We do not provide third-party billing or direct bill insurance companies. Clients are provided a receipt for their submission to the extended health benefits.

BC Medical (MSP) does not cover counselling services.

Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP) is provided by a few therapists ~ call for details and the specifics of that plan.

We are open 7 days a week including weekday evenings and weekends, which vary by therapist. Please see the hours of the counsellor who will be assisting you.
